Our approach
What classical homeopathy means here
A single remedy, chosen for the person — and an honest picture of what treatment can and cannot promise.
Treating the person, not the label
Classical homeopathy rests on a simple idea practised with discipline: the remedy is matched to the whole individual, not to a disease name. Two people with the same complaint may need entirely different remedies, because their overall picture — physical symptoms, emotional state, temperament, sleep, lifestyle and response to stress — is different.
How it differs from over-the-counter homeopathy
Over-the-counter homeopathic products are usually selected by disease label, off a shelf. Classical homeopathy involves an individual assessment by a qualified practitioner, detailed case-taking, and one carefully chosen remedy that is reviewed and adjusted over time.
What “individualised” really involves
It begins with listening. A first consultation runs 45–60 minutes and covers far more than the presenting complaint: your history, your patterns, what makes things better or worse, and how you experience daily life. Only then is a remedy selected.
What you can realistically expect
Homeopathy aims to support long-term health. Long-standing concerns usually ask for sustained treatment, with gradual change monitored at regular follow-ups rather than an overnight fix. We will always be candid with you about what a considered course of treatment involves.
Homeopathy is a complementary system of care. It is not a substitute for emergency medicine or for the treatment your registered medical practitioner has advised. If you are under care for a serious condition, please continue it and tell us about it.
